Education Required :

ESSENTIAL: (i) Masters Degree in Science/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operations Research/ Business Administration or Degree in Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 12 years’ experience in research/design/development or in the formulation of projects/programmes and their evaluation/appraisal or in the advice or choice of projects. DESIRABLE: (i) Doctorate Degree in relevant Arts/ Science subject or Masters’ Degree in Engineering. (ii) Experience of review/ appraisal/choice of projects involving large investments.
