Candidate should have passed A Degree in Electronics/Communication/Electrical (with specialisation in Electx.)/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Applications or equivalent from a recognised University /Institute with 7 years experience in the relevant field in an organisation / Institute of repute (Experience relaxable by competent authority in case of candidates with higher qualification in the relevant field). The existing Scientific Officer with 5 years regular service as Scientific Officer at ESTC can also apply for the post of Senior Scientific Officer against direct recruitment.
