Education Required :

(i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department in the scale of Pay Band 2: Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.4600 {pre-revised (4th CPC) Rs.2000-60-230-EB-75-3200-100-3500}.; or (ii) With 3 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of PB-2 :Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200 {prerevised (4th CPC) Rs.1640-2900}- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department ; or (iii) With 8 years’ regular service in posts in the scale of PB-1: Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.2400 or equivalent {pre-revised (4th CPC)Rs.1400-2300/1400-2600 or equivalent} and (b) Possessing 2 years’ experience of shipping or chartering work.
