By transfer on deputation basis (deputation/re-employment for Armed Forces Personnel) from Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or with 5 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in pay band–3 in the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 or equivalent in parent cadre/department and possessing five years of experience in administration, establishment and accounts matter are eligible for the post.
