Candidate should have passed Degree from a recognized University recognized by the State Govt. and (ii). has obtained (a). Post Graduate Degree in Social science OR (b). Post Graduate Degree in law with Labour Law as elective subject at least in LLB level of a recognized university or an institution recognized by or affiliated to such a University and (iii) adequate knowledge of Malayalam is essential. (iv) Should have a minimum of 7 years experience in Executive level in all aspects of Labour Welfare and Personnel Management functions in a large Industrial undertaking. Should be fully conversant with interpretation and implementation of Labour Laws.
