Candidates Should have Passed Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare from a recognized University or equivalent. LLB with Labour Law as elective subject is desirable.
Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Personnel Management/HR in Executive level out of which at least five years should be in a senior Managerial capacity as the Chief of Personnel/HR Dept. in a major industrial establishment with minimum 1000 employees. Should be well versed with all functions of personnel management/HR functions and should be fully conversant with interpretation and implementation of Labour Laws.
