Desirable : 1) Ph.D. in relevant field. 2) NET qualified. 3) Competence in reading, writing and speaking in Bengali . 4) Candidate should have minimum two years work experience in the Krishi Vigyan Kendra or relevant field. 5) Knowledge of Computer Operation.
