(PB-4) Rs.9,000-40,500/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4,400/- besides D.A., M.A. & H.R.A. etc. admissible as per rules.
i) Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent(as may be decided by the Commission). Departmental candidates will also be eligible to apply provided they possess the requisite educational qualifications. ii) Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali)-vide Finance depths. Notification no.1243-F(P) dated 02.03.2016. iii) The candidate must be a citizen of India. iv) Good health and character suitability in all respects for appointment to Government Service.
