Rs.15,600-42,000/- (PB-4A) plus Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/-.
(i) Second class Master’s Degree with Honours Degree of an Indian University or equivalent qualifications, (ii) Five years’ teaching experience in a responsible post, preferably as the Head of a well-established modern residential Boys’ and/or Girls’ secondary school, (iii) Proved capacity for development of corporate life and maintaining discipline in a secondary school & (iv) Ability to teach in English medium. Desirable: (i) B.T. and/or B.Ed. Degree of an Indian University, (ii) Practical training in educational administration, (iii) Knowledge of latest development of secondary education in India and abroad, (iv) Knowledge of Bengali - spoken and written & (v) Knowledge of Nepali - spoken and written
