(i) Honors or Post-Graduate Degree in Bengali / Honours or Post-Graduate Degree in English or Sanskrit with Bengali as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level of a recognized University; (ii) 5 (five) years’ experience of translation work from Bengali to English and vice versa in a Government office / statutory body / commercial concern of repute; (iii) Sufficient command over English and Bengali languages & (iv) Ability of a high order to make reliable translation from Bengali to English and vice versa.
