1. M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Soil Science / Agriculture Physics /Agronomy / Agro-meteorology. Post-graduate degree in Basic Science with NET. Desirable: Soil survey sampling, soil and plant analysis and exposure to AAS/TOC. 2. Post-graduate degree in professional courses (Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing & GIS)/ Post-graduate degree in Science (specialization in Applied Geography with Remote sensing & GIS applications)/ Postgraduate degree in Basic Science with NET. M. Tech/ B.Tech (with minimum of 4 years of Bachelor’s degree) in computer Science/ IT. Desirable: Working experience on remote sensing (ERDAS/PCI Geomatica/TNTmips/ENVI etc.) and GIS software (Arc GIS/QGIS etc.)
