Masters degree in Botany/ Plant Genetic Resources/ Life Sciences/ Agriculture (Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Plant Physiology)/ Anthropology. Desirable: Practical knowledge of traditional hill farming / Plant genetic resources characterization and maintenance.

The said post is on purely temporary basis, co-terminus with the project. The candidate will not have any claim to be regularized at NBPGR/ICAR and committee’s decision will be final. Candidates who fulfill the above qualification and experience should present themselves personally and submit their application in the prescribed proforma along with originals and photocopies of testimonials before interview committee on 22.05.2017 (Monday) at 11:00 A.M. at ICAR-NBPGR Regional Station, Niglat, Bhowali (Nainital)-263132, Uttarakhand.
