Doctorate in Natural/Agricultural Sciences / Engineering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized university.
At least 16 years of experience in R&D / science communication / mass communication in industrial and academic institutions and / or Science and Technology communication organization / publishing houses / media organizations or as faculty / scientist of recognized national / international universities / research institutes / corporate R&D Labs etc. our of which at least 3 years should be in managerial / administrative capacity for science and technology communication programmes, planning and development, budget & finance, coordination and such organizational maters.
