Job Description: University of Kashmir invites applications for recruitment of Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Director in Srinagar. Last date for application is 10th May 2016.

Registrar - 01
Educational Qualification: a) A Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC seven point scale b) At least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale)/ Assistant Professor with 8 years experience in Associate Professor’s pay band alongwith experience in Educational Administration OR Comparable experience in research establishments and /or other institutions of Higher Education; OR 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.10000/-

Controller of Examinations - 01

Educational Qualification: a) A Master’s Degree with atleast 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale; b) Ph.D, in any discipline; c) At least 15 years of administrative and/or teaching experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent position; OR At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor with 8 years in Reader/Associate Professor’s grade alongwith experience in Educational Administration; OR Comparable experience in research establishments and /or other institutions of Higher Education.

Director, Information Technology & Support System (ITSS) “Scientist G” - 01
Educational Qualification:BE/B.Tech or recognized equivalent qualifications with 55% marks, in the relevant field of technology with 16 years of experience in relevant field; OR M.Tech/M.E./B.E. with MBA or recognized equivalent qualifications with 55% marks, in the relevant field of technology with 14 years of experience in relevant field; OR Ph.D. in the relevant field of technology having 55% marks at Masters Level, with 13 years of experience in the relevant field.

Director, IQAC - 01
Educational Qualification: a) Master’s Degree with 55% marks in any discipline or its equivalent grade of B in UGC seven point scale from a recognized University; b) At least 15 years of administrative and/or teaching experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post or position; OR At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor with 8 years as Reader/Associate Professor (selection scale) alongwith experience in Educational Administration; OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other instituions of higher education.
