University of Jammu invites applications for recruitment of Linguist, Computer Programmer in Jammu. Last date for application is 14th March 2016.
Senior Linguist - 01
Educational Qualification:M.A. in Dogri with 55% marks. Minimum 10 years Experience in Teaching & Research in Dogri Language. Desirable: Experience in Linguistics, developing language technology tools, knowhow of machine translation.
Pay Scale:Rs. 30,000/- p.m.
Age Limit:as per rules.
Junior Linguist - 01
Educational Qualification:M.A. in Dogri with 55% marks. Research Experience in Dogri Language. Desirable: Experience in Linguistics, developing language technology tools, knowhow of machine translation.
Pay Scale:Rs. 230,000/- p.m.
Age Limit:as per rules.
Computer Programmer - 01
Educational Qualification:MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Applications with minimum 55% marks. Knowledge of LINUX, Perl, C, shell programming, machine translation, automata, web technologies on open source platform. Desirable: Experience in NLP project/specifically in Dogri language.
Pay Scale:Rs. 230,000/- p.m.
