Rs. 25,000/- (for 1st two years) and Rs. 28,000/- (for next two years)
Candidates Should have Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks. CSIR/UGC-NET or any other equivalent examination qualified candidate is desirable. In the case of non-availability of NET qualified candidate, the non-NET candidate will be appointed. However, the candidate without NET will be appointed as Project fellow with emoluments as.
