MA with at least 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC) or equivalent degree/grade in Comparative Literature or allied/relevant discipline and NET (or PhD degree as per UGC regulations, 2009) as well as a good academic record and proficiency in English. Desirable: PhD/MPhil in Comparative Literature or allied/relevant discipline and teaching experience as well as orientation for technology mediated teaching-learning process.
