As per University of Delhi rule.
1. A senior secondary school certificate (+2) of its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution with at least 50% marks or a Graduate from a recognized University and Diploma/ Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts of equivalent discipline OR Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts of equivalent discipline from a recognized University. 2. Having a Typing Speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through computers.

Interested applicants fulfilling the above criteria are required to report at the Institute of Lifelong learning, Academic Research Centre, Opposite S. G. T. B. Khalsa College, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 at 10 am on 27th December 2016 along with their resume and relevant documents. The registration will be done between 10 am to 11 am. Both tests will be conducted from 12 noon to 2 pm.
