Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA.
M.Sc. in Electronic Science / M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics specialization or Equivalent. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the area of lithographic processes for semiconductor device fabrication as well as physical and electrical characterization of semiconductors and devices.
