A good Bachelor's degree with degree/diploma in management or other professional qualification on the Subject, relaxable in case of a candidate having the outstanding administrative ability and in the case of an officer on deputation from the Government. Minimum eight years experience in a supervisory position in Government Offices, public sectors undertaking or in reputed academic/educational institutions. Thorough knowledge of Government rules and regulations is essential. Familiarity with the use of computers would be considered as an added qualification.
