Tezpur University invites applications for recruitment of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor in Tezpur. Last date for application is 23rd January 2016.
Professor - 14
Educational Qualification:A Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology and experience of ten years in teaching, research and / or industry, out of which at least three years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade.
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.10000/-
Age Limit:as per rules.
Associate Professor - 18
Educational Qualification:A Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology and experience of eight years in teaching, research and / or industry at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.
Pay Scale:Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.9000/-
Age Limit:as per rules.
Assistant Professor - 20
Educational Qualification:First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology. Notwithstanding the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable: Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6000/-
