Educational Qualification:1. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR/ASRB in the concerned or relevant subject or similar test accredited by the UGC/CSIR/ ASRB etc.

Educational Qualification: A consistently good academic record with Ph.D. degree in relevant field of Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Science including relevant basic Sciences. A minimum of 8 years experience in teaching / research and / or extension education (excluding the period spent for Ph.D., research Subjects to a minimum of 3 years) as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist / ASSistant Professor or any equivalent position in the Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39 100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 / Rs.6000/ Rs. 7000/ Rs.8000 with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 published policy papers / innovations and impact.
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.9000/-
