State Trading Corporation of India (STC) invites applications for recruitment of Company Secretary, Joint General Manager, Chief Security Officer, Chief Manager in New Delhi. Last date for application is 31st January 2016.
Company Secretary, E-8 OR Company Secretary, E-7 - 01
Experience:-Overall, minimum 22 years executive experience for the post of Company secretary (E-8) / 18 years executive experience for the post of Company secretary (E-7) in any CPSE/State PSE/Private Company as on 31.12.2015;
Educational Qualification:Associate Company Secretary
Pay Scale:Rs.51,300-73,000/- Per Month / Rs.43,200-66,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:55 years (for e-8 level) /50 years (for e-7 level).
Joint General Manager (Corporate Communication & Public Relations) - 01
Experience:Minimum 12 years (as on 31.12.2015) of relevant post-qualification experience in Public relations including designing and execution of media planning/ news media/ online media/ print media/ Corporate Communications/ Advertising/ corporate image building etc. in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks or private sector.
Educational Qualification:Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising and Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication /Journalism etc. from a recognized Indian Institute/ University.
Pay Scale:Rs.36,600-62,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:47 years.
Chief Security Officer, E-6 - 01
Experience:Should have served in the rank of Lt. Colonel & above, in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/ Air force. Candidates currently working in any CPSE / State PSEs/Government Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies / Nationalized Banks will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Pay Scale:Rs.36,600-62,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:50 years.
Chief Manager (Personnel), E-4 - 01
Experience:Minimum 8 years (as on 31.12.2015) of relevant post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies or Nationalized Banks.
Educational Qualification:Two year Full time Master’s degree/Diploma in Management with specialization / elective in HR/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two year Full time Master’s degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University. LLB Degree will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale:Rs.29,100-54,500/- Per Month
Age Limit:40 years.
Chief Manager (CSR), E-4 - 01
Experience:Minimum 12 years (as on 31.12.2015) of post-qualification experience out of which relevant experience of minimum 02 years necessarily in the projects related to Community Development/ Health & Child care/ Execution & evaluation of projects in social sector/ networking with State/Central Govt. Deptt./Agencies and NGO's in any CPSE/State PSEs/Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies/ Nationalized Banks or private sector.
Educational Qualification:B.E./B.Tech/ Two years duration regular Master's Degree in any discipline/Two year Full time Master’s degree in Social work with specialization/elective in Community development/ Rural Development/ Child care and development Practice/Urban and Rural Community development/ Rural and Tribal development/Development Management from a recognized Indian University/Institute . Experience in handling CSR projects will be an added advantage.
Pay Scale:Rs.29,100-54,500/- Per Month
Age Limit:40 years.
