Job Description: Sri Aurobindo College invites applications for recruitment of Librarian, Senior Professional Assistant in New Delhi. Last date for application is 5th July 2016.

Librarian - 01
Educational Qualification:Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization/ digitalization of library. Qualifying in the National Level Test in the relevant subject conducted by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
Pay Scale:Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6000/-
Age Limit:56 years.
Senior Professional Assistant - 01
Educational Qualification:Officers working in analogous post in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- or equivalent with at least 2 years of regular service. Or Personal Assistant or stenographers working in the core pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000/ 5500-9000/- or equivalent with at least 5 years of regular service in the Central Govt. Department / statutory or Autonomous bodies or Universities or Institution of Higher Learning.
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Age Limit:56 years.
