Chief Consultant (Pedagogy) - 01
Experience: 1. 10 years post qualification experience in any of the following areas (i) designing and implementing curricular and pedagogical interventions for quality improvement in schools, including development of teaching learning material, (ii) training of teachers and development of teachers training modules, (iii) educational research. 2. Knowledge of computers, with the ability to collect and analyze databases. Desirable: Experience at grassroots level in schools
Educational Qualification:A Post Graduate Degree in Education from a recognized University.
Pay Scale:Rs. 60,000-90,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Chief Consultant (Civil) - 01
Experience:10 years post qualification experience in civil works / Architectural Designs, construction, Building & Policy Formulation, Implementation of Schools / educational building and community construction will be given a preference
Educational Qualification:Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture from recognized university.
Pay Scale:Rs. 60,000-90,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Senior Consultant (Media) - 01
Experience:05 years post Qualification experience in Print and Electronic Media
Educational Qualification:Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication / PR
Pay Scale:Rs. 50,000-70,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Senior Consultant (Legal) - 01
Experience:05 years post qualification experience in Civil matters, especially in area of education and administrations etc.
Educational Qualification:LLB with 55 % marks from recognized University
Pay Scale:Rs. 50,000-70,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Consultant (Gender) - 01
Experience:02 Years Post Qualification Experience in handling issues related to Education of Girls and Gender Equality in Education i.e. parity in attending schools, teaching method, gender neutral curricula and academic orientation and Education of disadvantaged group at National/State level or with NGO/Independent Body.
Educational Qualification:A Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences (Education, Political Science, Geography, Economics, History, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy), Science, Social work from a recognized University.
Pay Scale:Rs. 40,000-60,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Consultant (Monitoring) - 01
Experience:02 years post qualification experience in educational management or educational administration. Preference will be given to persons having experience of interacting with states and academic institutions.
Educational Qualification:Post-graduate degree in Public Management / Economics / Social Sciences from recognised university.
Pay Scale:Rs. 40,000-60,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Consultant (Inclusive Education) - 01
Experience:02 years post qualification experience in disability education, research, rehabilitation and integration of disabled children. Knowledge relating to use of ICT. Knowledge of computer with ability to collect and analyze database.
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Social Science with diploma in Special Education or PG in Clinical Psychology / PG in disability management / PG in Rehabilitation Management.
Pay Scale:Rs. 40,000-60,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
Senior Consultant (RTE) - 01
Experience:05 years post qualification experience in working with groups of out of School Children or any other deprived category on National/ State level. The incumbent should have thorough knowledge of Educational Management, latest development took place in the field of Education, with special reference to Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, its salient features implementation of RTE on National basis & other issues connected with RTE.
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences (Education, Political Science, Geography, Economics, History, Psychology, Arts, Sociology, Philosophy etc.), Science, Public Administration, Planning, Business Administration, Human Resources from a Recognized University.
Pay Scale:Rs. 50,000-70,000/- per month
Age Limit:not more than 65 years as on 01.01.2016.
