The applicant should be a Graduate in Engineering preferably in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Electrical with good academic record from a recognized university/institution.
The applicant should have at least five out of ten years of managerial experience at a senior level in areas of production/operation/maintenance in an organization of repute. Applicants with experience in operating and maintaining integrated steel plants/projects would have added advantage.
