Officers working under Central Government / state Government /Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous bodies holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department; OR having three years of regular service in PB-4 Rs. 37,400-67,000 + Grade pay of Rs. 8,700/- (Pre-revised) OR with eight years combined regular service in PB-4 (Rs. 37,400-67,000/-) + GP of Rs. 8,700/- (Pre-revised) and PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100/-) + GP of Rs. 7,600/- (Pre-revised) in the parent Cadre/Department; and possessing Ten (10) years experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of education, culture, television, radio, film, Programme Production or publicity having visual or audio impact, including five (5) years of administrative and organizational experience.
