Rs.25,000/- per month
a) Retired OAS (I) Officers not above the age of 63 years, having good service records and who are physically fit will be eligible to apply. b) The applicants should have adequate experience in land acquisition matters and should have worked as Tahasildar and Land Acquisition Officer, at least for a period of two (2) years. c) Officers against whom departmental proceedings or criminal cases are contemplated or pending or who have been penalized for misconduct during the period up to five years preceding their retirement will not be considered for engagement.
