Degree in Engineering/Technology in Leather / Rubber / Plastic / Mechanical / Polymer / Computer Science/ Chemical from a recognized University / Institution. Desirable: Masters Qualification in Engineering / Technology in Leather / Rubber / Plastic /Mechanical/ Computer Science or Management from a recognized University / Institution.
5 years experience in Designing & Organising Industrial Training Programme in a reputed organization. Desirable: Experience in organizing & conducting Training Programme for benefit of Sports Goods industry/Experience in Manufacturing / R&D works in Sports Goods industry in addition to practical experience in planning, HRD programme, seminar and use of modern audio-visual equipment/teaching aids in training, etc.
