Minimum 20 years of practical experience in labour welfare work, industrial relations or personal Management in Govt Labour Department/Manpower Department/Service Tax Department/PSU. Having experience in the following :- (i ) Minimum wages act (ii) ESIC/EPF (iii) Bonus Act (iv) Gratuity Act (v) Any other applicable laws in an organization (vi) Knowledge of handling of industrial disputes and their settlement and enforcement of applicabe labour laws and liaisoning
