Degree from a recognized University with at least five years of post-qualification experience of working as an Officer in the Administration / Secretarial Department of a Major Port Trust or Industrial/Commerical/Govt. Undertaking. Desired Skills: Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare or allied subjects from a recognized University/ Institution. Knowledge of working in Major Ports /Public Sector Units / Autonomous Bodies. Experience in General Administration matters.
