The incumbent should be a graduate from a recognized university/institute with good academic record. Persons with Technical/MBA qualifications will have an added advantage.
The incumbent should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute. Experience in Finance/ Marketing/Project/ Production Management especially in Chemicals/ agro inputs i.e. seeds, fertilizers and agro chemicals industry is desirable.
