Candidates should be at least Science / Agriculture graduate with working experience in Seed Testing Laboratory. An individual with relevant experience, who has retired (including VRS) from State Agriculture Department, ICAR Institute / Agriculture University / Autonomous body / Seed Corporation who has experience of minimum 5 years or more in the relevant field at equivalent managerial level in Private Seed organization of repute. The officers should have the experience of managing the operation of Seed Testing Laboratory.
