Job Description: Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port Trust invites applications for recruitment of Chief Engineer, Engineer in Charge, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Fire Engine Driver cum Pump Operator in Purba Medinipur. Last date for application is 28th July 2016.

Chief Engineer - 02
Educational Qualification: i) MOT 1st Class (Combined or Motor) Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958, ii) 3 years’ experience as Chief Engineer or 4 years combined experience as Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer on board a Foreign going ship
Pay Scale:Rs.32,900-58,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:37 years.
Engineer in Charge - 02
Educational Qualification: i) MOT 2nd Class (Combined or Motor) Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958. ii) 2 years’ experience as independent Watch - Keeping Engineer on board a Foreign-going ship
Pay Scale:Rs.20,600-46,500/- Per Month
Age Limit:30 years.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - 01
Educational Qualification:Must have passed Higher Secondary or its equivalent Examination and must have knowledge of Computer Operation.
Pay Scale:Rs.16,300-38,200/- Per Month
Age Limit:30 years.
Fire Engine Driver cum Pump Operator - 01
Educational Qualification: i. Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination. ii. Must possess a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting from a recognized Institution / Centre. iii. Must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for at least 5years. iv. Must be able to maintain log book and other relevant records
Pay Scale:Rs.16,300-38,200/- Per Month
Age Limit:36 years.
