A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University on the last date of submission of application form, Candidates awaiting result need not apply. He/she must have working knowledge of Computer on the last date of Submission of application form and Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of official language of the State of Assam and the candidate shall have to appear in a qualifying examination designed to test the proficiency in official language of the State of Assam (Assamese). A candidate failing to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the official language of the State of Assam shall not be considered for appointment.
