a) Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination. b) Must have passed Senior Typewriting and Senior Shorthand examinations both in Kannada and English language conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or equivalent examination. OR Diploma in Commercial Practice / Secretarial Practice or any other examination recognized as equivalent examination to them by Universities or Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board or Technical Board.
