English shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 60% and typing speed 30 words per minute on computer. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2 BA with Hindi as one of the subject. Proficiency in the use of ICT.
