A person possessing degree in engineering, preferably in electrical/ mechanical and having served as Executive Engineer in Power Sector and having at least 20 years experience in Power Sector or Retired District Judge/ Additional District Judge or a retired judicial officer having at least 15 years of experience in legal/ judicial service.
