Job Description: Bose Institute invites applications for recruitment of Research Associate (RA) OR Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Senior Research Fellow (SRF) OR Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Kolkata. Last date for application is 10th May 2016.

Research Associate (RA) OR Senior Research Fellow (SRF) - 01
Educational Qualification:Ph.D. degree in Biological Sciences for RA position and candidates those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are eligible for SRF(Extended) position. Desirable Qualification: Experience in molecular and cell biology would be advantageous. The project would involve cloning and expression of mycobacterial proteins, and analysis of the effects of mycobacterial infection of macrophages ex vivo.
Pay Scale:Rs 36,000/- p.m. for RA / Rs. 28,000/- p.m. for SRF (Extended), plus admissible H.R.A.
Age Limit:below 35 years for ra / below 33 years for srf (extended).
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) OR Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 01
Educational Qualification: SRF: M.Sc. or M.Tech degree in Life Sciences with NET qualification and research experience of a minimum 02 (two) years. Desirable Qualification: Experience in molecular and cell biology would be advantageous. JRF: M.Sc. or M.Tech degree in Life Sciences with NET** qualification.
Pay Scale: Rs.25,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA except CSIR-UGC NET-LS. Rs.12,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA for CSIR-UGC NET-LS
Age Limit:below 30 years for srf / below 28 years for jrf.
