The incumbent should be a post graduate in any discipline or equivalent from reputed institution having 3-5 years of post-qualification grassroots level experience of business development and execution in skill development sector. He/She should be professionally strong in institutional and government liaisoning with an excellent sense and grasp of the skill development landscape from a policy and implementation perspective. Besides, he/she should also have excellent documentation, client transactions, communication, training implementation, quality control and decision-making skills.
