Should be conversant with the Board Procedure/Legal matters and drafting agendas, minutes and ensure compliances under Corporate Laws and Govt. directions, knowledge of computer essential. He shall be required to deal with Industrial, Labour and Business Laws and coordinate with counsels. He should have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
