Total 10 years experience in the field of Agricultural Sciences or Seed Development activities, out of which,at least three years experience is required in the field of Varietal Improvement/ Intellectual Property Rights and at least 3 years experience in the Grade pay of Rs.5400/- or 6 yrs. in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/-. Desirable: Degree in Law or PG Certificate Course in IPR
