Candidate should have passed First class Post Graduate degree in MBA (HR) or MHRM or any allied qualification or a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, from any recognized University / Institute. Incumbent having professional qualification in Labour Law (in addition to one of the above mentioned qualifications) will be preferred.
