Officer in the scale of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- or equivalent post or 8 years as Asst. Director in the scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- 3. Shall be fully conversant with the matters pertaining to Administration, Accounts, Stores Purchase and maintenance.
