(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or (ii) With 3/6 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5500-9000/ Rs. 5000-8000/- or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; and (b) Possessing the following qualifications / experience: (i) BCA or equivalent certification of DOEACC. (ii) Three years experience of software development for data-base management, Web designing and system management of local area network.
