Candidate should have passed (i) Master’s degree in Geophysics or Geology or Geohydrology or Maths /Computer science or Seismology or equivalent from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level or B. Tech/ M. Tech. in Rock mechanics or in the relevant subject with at least 60% marks. (ii)Three years experience in teaching (at post graduate level) or research and development in seismology/earthquake and related studies supported by scientific publications.
