Literate (Able to read & write simple word) only in the case of retired PSU employees, & for any other case Vth pass or above(Both Private/PSU), Valid HVD (Heavy Vehicle Driving) Licence is a must, However ITI holders can also apply. Further those possessing HEME operation experience preferably in Open Cast Mines are encouraged to apply. Experience in operation and minor maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Equipments like Dumpers, Dozers, Drills, Shovels, Loaders etc in a Registered company/firm (preferably in Open cast mines).
