(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or (ii) with two year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 14,300-18,300 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and (b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience as under:- (i) Master’s Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture or M.Sc. (Horticulture) followed by a PhD in Horticulture of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 12 year’s experience in the field of Horticulture Development/ Research.
