Officers presently holding the analogous post in Administration/Ministerial cadre in the scale of pay Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised) on regular basis in any Government Organization and presently dealing with Administration, establishment, purchase, stores, accounts and estates and maintenance (OR) Five years experience in an Administrative Cadre/Ministerial post in any Government Organization in the scale of pay Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) and presently holding the post on regular basis and presently dealing with the same fields/areas mentioned above (OR) Ten years’ experience in any Government Organization in an Administrative Cadre/Ministerial post the scale of pay Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised) and presently in the same responsible Supervisory position on regular basis and presently dealing with the same fields/areas, mentioned above. (OR) ExServicemen who held the post of Major/Captain and equivalent having worked in Administration and dealing in above fields/areas and knowledge of Central Civil Service (CCS) Rules.
