Job Description: University of Allahabad invites applications for recruitment of Project Assistant (Technical), Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF), Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Allahabad. Last date for application is 15th April 2016.

Project Assistant (Technical)
Educational Qualification:An ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science/ Electronics / Instrumentation or any related field, OR a master's degree in Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics with at least one year of research experience. Familiarity with modern computational techniques and working knowledge in programming in Matlab / C /C++ is must.
Pay Scale:As Per Rules.
Age Limit:as per rules.
Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF)
Educational Qualification:candidates who have finished their Ph.D. in Neuroscience/Physics / Mathematics/ Computer Science / Engineering/ Medicine/ Applied Physics/Systems Biology / Cognitive Science or related fields from a reputed institute. Candidates with experience in electrophysiology or computational modelling will be given preference. An ideal candidate should have at least one publication in a high-impact international peer reviewed journal (or h-index at least 3). Sound knowledge in Statistics, and experience in programming using C / C++ / Matlab is expected.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Educational Qualification:candidates with Post-Graduate in Physics/ Mathematics/Biology/Computer Science/ Psychology/ Cognitive Science with NET qualification OR Graduate degree in Engineering / Medicine with NET qualification OR Post-Graduate degree in Engineering. An ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of statistics and experience in programming.
